Returning from the UK
In-Store Returns
We accept returns instore for both online and in-store purchases. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Simply present your order confirmation, e-receipt or store receipt to process your return. We are unable to accept returns without proof of purchase.
Refunds
Return free of charge for a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
Exchanges
Exchange free of charge for any item(s) stocked at store or redeem the value of your exchanged item(s) against a future purchase.

Postal Returns
Register your return here to generate your pre-paid shipping label. You must return your item(s) back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
Returns
Returns cost 2.99 GBP per request* This will be deducted from your refund amount.
*Returns are free for Black MDV Rewards customers.
Exchanges
Exchanges cost 3.99 GBP per request. You’ll receive a payment link your once your return reaches our warehouse and your exchange order is created. Payments must be made within 7 days to confirm your exchange request. If a payment is not received within 7 days your exchange order will be cancelled and refunded.
We offer size exchanges on all UK orders. Simply add a note when registering your return for the new size you’ve requested. Exchanges are subject to stock.
Returning from outside the UK
You can purchase a returns label via our portal. Returns options/cost will show on the portal when you register your return.
More information
Returns must adhere to the following:
- In original packaging
- No signs of wash/wear
- Tags must not be damaged or removed
- No stains/hairs/odours
- Underwear and swimwear must have hygiene seal intact
We offer refunds to your original payment method on all items returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
This policy applies for all payment methods including Buy now & Pay Later payment methods.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it does not adhere to the above.
Duties and taxes are none refundable for any orders which have been delivered successfully.
Alternatively, you can ship your return to us via your own method. Please keep your return receipt safe until we confirm receipt of your return.
