Received an incorrect item?
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered please contact our Customer Service Team immediately to notify us. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You'll need to confirm the name of the item you have not received from your order and send images of the product you have received and the barcode/packaging.
Our Customer Service Team will then complete relevant checks and help organise a return for the incorrect item and arrange a replacement of the original item *subject to stock.
Please note, you'll need to keep the proof of return for any returned items until receipt is confirmed at our warehouse.
